Standard Management
Our most popular package includes taking care of the core services infrastructure you rely on needs. We’ll take care of the day to day maintenance and be watching around the clock ready to respond to any incidents. Example services depending on the type of product are:
- 24/7/365 monitoring and outage response.
- 24/7/365 access to our emergency on-call engineers.
- General managed server tweaks, package updates and installation as requested.
- Proactive patching of critical operating system security flaws.

This is our enterprise managed hosting package that is designed for any mission critical project that demands the best we can offer. It includes everything in our Standard Management but can be customised with the following optional extras to suit your needs and budget. The base price includes any two of these services:
